I have been living in Phoenix since 1987 and around 1992 I first disovered Seamus McCaffrey's Irish Pub in downtown Phoenix. After all of these years visiting Seamus' and Rosie's on Camelback Rd., I finally met the owner. What a great guy. Follow the link below to see my interview with him at Rosies.
